Hello, I’m looking to upgrade my phone but I would like a 24 month contract as opposed to a 36 month contract. Is this something you’re able to offer me please?

Yes  you can have a 24 month contract. Just look in the shop.

https://www.o2.co.uk/shop You chose the phone you want and then the tariff length option.

Edited to add terms and conditions https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/our-latest-pay-monthly-tariff-terms
