Hi I’ve just noticed I ordered a green IPhone 12 on my upgrade, is there any chance of changing it to silver at this stage. My mistake. Cheers

You will need to contact Customer Servcies

If you call 202 or 0844 809 0202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Generally it is impossible to cancel or change an order once it is in progress with O2.

You may be lucky if it hasn't been processed but otherwise, you'll need to return it under the change of mind policy and re-order the correct colour https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/our-change-of-mind-policy
