Last week I decided to upgrade my phone, ordered my upgrade through the app. Should have been delivered on the 21st September. After upgrading I received no confirmation email even though I’ve screenshotted the order for my own records. No order is showing on my O2 and if I go on to upgrade my phone it’s still showing the phone in my basket. If I try and check that basket out it gets so far but won’t let me complete the order?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

Hi I’ve got the exact same issue right now. I can’t get through to a live chat to ask and already spent 40 minutes on hold yesterday. Did you get yours sorted ?? I’ve messaged them on Twitter to try speak to someone
