Upgrade nightmare

This is a bit of a weird one. I have two accounts with o2, they started  as a phone and a tablet both pay monthly. Upgraded on my tablet plan when eligible to a phone, then I paid off the phone on the other account. The phone that I got from the tablet upgrade has the sim from the paid off account in it and the other sim on the tablet, the paid off of phone is now with my missus. I got a text to say if I handed  in my iPhone 12 Pro I could have a 13 pro and o2 would pay off my 12 , but in store the person had looked at my paid off account  and done the upgrade on that leaving my paying for 2 phones. Is there anything that I can do?
