I have a few lines for O2 which i use for family members and have been a customer for over 10 years. I upgraded my main number to take advantage of the Pixel 8 pro deal. I tried it out decided I do not like it however one of my family members is happy to use it. I asked O2 to re-enable apple services on my line and they have flat out refused to do it, stating that since i upgrade I must stay with an android profile. I am interested to know whether this is a policy.

It doesn't matter what phone you use so not a policy I'm aware of

Call again and hopefully speak to someone who can help

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

More priceless gems from CS.

You couldn't make it up these days.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@MI5

Is that not what CS are doing - making it up as they go along ? 😧

@7zark7

In fairness, to get O2 to sort something at just the third time of asking is pretty good going ! 😀

Glad you got it sorted @7zark7

I despair at some of the customer service advisers these days!
