I am trying to upgrade my phone.
However the online upgrade is not currently allowing me to click and collect. Unfortunately, due to security reasons I can not take a home delivery of a phone.
I have even visited the store today and they have not been able to do the upgrade as the discount code on the website not working in store even though it is meant to - NC250SAM

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
