Why isn’t unused data rolled over into the next month’s usage - as with other providers?

If you are on PAYG your data will roll over provided you renew your bundle on your anniversary date each month and not change tariff.

Data rollover is available on PAYG tariffs but it's purely a business decision by the networks.
