Hi, I called up about a month ago to ask what could be done about my bill that month as I was laid off due to coronavirus. I spoke to a very nice gentleman who said that it wasn’t an issue and they would put a payment plan in place once I had got a new job and was able to pay for my phone again. I don’t have WiFi at home and rely on my data. But my data has been turned off because I haven’t paid my bill. I’m working as a key worker everyday and am struggling to find time to contact the customer service team. Does anyone know what I can do?
