Try the Voda sim in it again as it will be easier to unlock if it is locked to Voda.
If it is Plusnet, you need to speak to EE, but I suspect it's more likely to be Voda as the Plusnet sim would work in a Voda locked phone due to their original tie up back in the days of vodafone@home.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Carphone warehouse iPhones lock to the first sim inserted so you'll need to contact Vodafone to get it unlocked.

Yes believe so after further investigation! Turns out it’s locked to plus net who can’t help me as they don’t sell phones so don’t lock them (so they say) advising me to speak to Apple.. you’d think buying an unlocked phone would mean unlocked! Thanks for your help slight_smile
