I have been waiting over two weeks to unlock a phone I have paid off on contract.
I've been sent two codes the same & they do not work. I have called costumer services four times without success.

All you can do is keep trying with customer service.
Be careful not to enter the wrong code too many times though as you will lock the phone forever.
Check also you are getting an unlock code and not a PAC or PUK

Have you tried putting another sim in the phone to see if it is unlocked
