Solved: Unlinking a mobile number from my account

I have two mobile numbers linked to my account - one for me and one for my daughter. I want to decouple my daughter’s mobile so she can set up her own account. If anyone from O2 is reading this post please contact me as I can’t get through on the phone.

There are no O2 staff on this community forum.

If your daughter wishes her own account she would need to take out a contract in her own name, passing the necessary credit checks.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
