Solved: Unblocking my iPhone

I'm trying to get my iphone(s) unblocked and I am abroad, so can't call o2. I filled in the online form, but it says I failed security (!) - now trying to get hold of someone to discuss my account, but wifi isn't quick enough to do live chat and I can't phone.

Any ideas?

Unless you speak to them you are going to be struggling to get it unlocked. Surely you can call from a landline or use phone/pc where wifi is stronger?

It could also be that you have not specified the tariff exactly as it appears in your My O2.
