Hi, it seems like my previous sim upgrade got stuck in the system as I no longer can upgrade. Anytime I try to upgrade it says an order is already in place which was the last upgrade I did in 30/6/23. O2 customer service weren’t helpful at all about this issue and no one seems to know how to fix it. Does anyone know how to resolve this please
