I recently just got a new pho e and swapped my number onto my new SIM card. However I am not able to receive calls but am able to make calls myself. When I also visit about in settings, my phone does not recognise my phone number. Is there any way to fix this?

@RhysH98

O2 don't push numbers to sim cards so after a sim swap it will either be blank or show the original number.

The only way to fix this is in an iPhone where you can go to settings >Phone .My number and change it there so it is written to the sim.

Your lack of incoming calls is probably because the transfer hasn't fully completed yet. Keep rebooting phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
