I got a text about adding Amazon Prime to my bill and saving £2 off of my airtime. I already to this with Disney+. I've tried multiple times now to add it and when I get to the stage of ticking the terms box and clicking add I just get a "Oops. Sorry, we weren't able to add your extra. Please try again." error. I've already cancelled my actual prime membership before trying to sort this offer out. Is there a way to make it work or am I going to have to go back to paying for prime directly from Amazon?

Has your original subscription reached the end yet?
If you've paid for the current month, it won't actually end until the month runs out.
You should then be able to add the new one.

Yes, when I cancelled my prime membership they refunded me the money and said that my benefits have ended. I can't even add the extra to my account to get sent the email link to click to log in or register my amazon account. I just keep getting that error on the add extra screen. I had no trouble adding Disney+ and no trouble when I claimed my free 12 months of Audible. So I'm not sure why I'm getting the error when trying to add this one.
