Trying to redeem christmas free gift with pay monthly upgrade.

Hi I recently upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy s7 and received a Christmas cracker with a code to redeem a free gift. The website listed on it: o2.uk/offers does not exist. And there is nowhere to type the code in on the o2 website. I can view the available free gifts but nothing else.
Please help?

It's a new security thing on the forum that's not working correctly on all browsers yet.
