Hi I'm trying to upgrade but the system app crashes and says something went wrong.Stops me from upgrade need real human to help as this goes for a month.HELP 02

Yeah so I have contacted 02 on the phone I have tried pc app mobile app every time I'm trying to upgrade app crashes saying something went wrong and stops process of upgrade and sending me back to home menu.Documents are sent to my email but can't do anything with it.My order for upgrade get stuck in limbo.When I contacted 02 my order was I. basket and they couldn't help for 72 hours cos my basket show order that couldn't be removed.Please someone help me to finally get an upgrade done
