I currently use a THREE UK account for my phone but took out a pay monthly O2 as part of my new Virgin package a couple of months ago.
I now want to transfer my existing THREE phone number to my O2 subscription.
I have a PAC number ready to go. What I don't have as far as I can see within my O2 account is the means of finding out what I need to do or even being able to talk to anyone about it.
Would really appreciate any assistance

If you are on the new billing system, go to My O2 via the link at the top of the forum and you can do it from there.
You will find it in the drop down menu under Services
