Hi
A few weeks ago I moved from ID/Three to o2, I supplied my PAC code and all seemed fine apart from when anyone on the ID/Three network calls me it still goes to my old ID SIM card (I have it in another phone) so I have to carry 2 phones around with me.
My daughter has a ID SIM so when she calls me it goes to my ID SIM and not my o2 SIM, when my wife calls me (o2) it comes to my o2 SIM, and anyone else that isn't with ID/Three also goes to my o2 SIM.
I've contacted ID and they say to contact o2 as it sounds like the PAC NUmber transfer hasn't gone through correctly.
How do I get this fixed?

It sounds like a split port on the Three side (they havent put the network forwarding on your Three number to pass it o2, but it exists on o2's network,) but you will need to call o2 on 202 from your o2 phone and they will be able to investigate and resolve this for you.

Anyone?
Perhaps the only option is to get a brand new number but that will be a major issue due to the change....
