Transfer From One Contract To Another

I have a number on a standard contract that is due to expire soon. I would like to transfer it to my business contract and have it avail of the monthly line rental cost and get a new phone. Is it possible to transfer it now and reduce the costs associated in any way, seeing as it is contuning on the contract rather than ending it? Thanks.

If you want to transfer it now it will unfortunately end the standard contract and fees may be incurred. Better to wait depending on how long the minimum term has to run.

Hi there,

When you sat standard contract is it a refresh contract or do you mean non refresh?

If you're on refresh (all tariffs are now refresh) and not a legacy non refresh then passing off the device will enable you to concerto the airtime portion of your contract without the a associated penalties.

If however it's not refresh then cancelling will incur fees as stated above.
