Hi, my Samsung galaxy S10+ Was dropped and smashed and stopped working instantly, I took my mobile to local branch, they sent my mobile off to get a quote on how much it’ll cost to repair. That was 18 th March. Now, since all stores are closed, all lines to contact 02 are closed. I cannot find out where my mobile is, what repair cost is, for my insurance claim to get get replacement mobile sorted. I’m without a mobile since 18th March. Can someone please help
