Time length to talk to customer services

What customer services, 3/4 of an hour waiting so far for an advisor to answer, quite happy to take the montly payment, what about an adequate service for it, should be 5 minutes max to answer a call.

I'm not sure what good that will do.  Not enough staff die to cutbacks...simple as...

I'm fairly sure they will be aware of customer dissatisfaction of waiting times.
