The worst internet connection ever!

I have now had the most inconsistent 3G/4g connectivity for months, despite endless conversations with o2, visits to the store, sim swaps, full phone reset and even a phone swap by Apple! I still have no consistency to my internet! After me going through all of that I finally had enough and tried to make a complaint to o2 who told me masts were down in my area! This is something that should have been said to me from the start of this.

I am currently in a temp flat whilst I am waiting to move so have no Wi-Fi, meaning I am relying on 4g which I get for about 10mins at a time if I’m lucky and have to wait hours to get my next bit of connectivity! Is anyone else having the same issue? I have had enough and if I wasn’t in a contract I would be moving to another network provider as I’m no longer able to work due to this! I need a solution and wondered if anyone had come close to anything?

thanks slight_smile

@Jemima29 You can check the general signal of the area you're in here: O2 | Service Status

If you're in the process of moving O2 has no control over that. The only thing I could suggest is you get Pay & Go sims from the other networks and see if you get a better signal with any of them. When your contract is up for renewal, that's the time to switch.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
