In the last month Ive switched from Vodafone to O2 and there are certain people I can't receive text messages from, O2 can't seem to work out why.
I've deleted cache, data, put it into safe mode, checked the number isn't blocked but nothing has worked.
Thanks

Silly question maybe but have you rebooted your phone?

@HL1 if you've changed phones from iPhone to android or vice versa check you've turned off imessage and or Google chat as needed (or re enabled them with your new provider)

Hi all, thank you for your replies.
Yes I've rebooted several times and removed the sim.
I've switched phones but still android, samsung galaxy s8 to Samsung Galaxy a51.
I'm receiving some text messages but there's 2 numbers I know that can't send to me

It shouldn't make any difference but certainly I'd swap them around to check.

Hi
I can't receive text messages from certain numbers after switching to O2 over a month ago. I've been in touch with various advisors for help but nothing I have tried has worked. i.e. safe mode, checking blocked numbers, clearing cache and data etc.
How can I get this resolved
Thanks
