My contract is cancelled and service is due to be cut off on 22/09/23. My final payment was paid on 08/09/23.

Next bill is due on 25/09/23 therefore I have cancelled my Direct Debit.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
