I have returned my recently purchased IPhone 13 mini to O2 as it was not suitable, I know they have received it back but it still shows on my account and getting charged for it . I am at my wits end as the customer service is appalling, spend hours on the phone getting nowhere. Any advice please

You should contact the sales team as they can help you with that – Call them on 0800 081 0255 OR message them on Social Media -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or as we're just customers like you, it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.

I have tried all that and get nowhere, if I do get through to someone I get told wait another 24 hours …. We’ll I have been waiting two weeks and nothing has happened , so frustrating

Oh and have you ever tried calling 202 , give it a go , you will waste a couple of hours of your life

Rarely had issue with getting through to O2 on 202 around 08:15am, @Rossy63, as mentioned by @Cleoriff above.

I have an iPhone picked up from royal mail on 19/08/23 but they have said they don't have it that's not fair because they are still charging me for it

You need to call O2 as we are just customers like yourself.
