ok my head is spinning at the momement
I cancelled my contract - done
I payed my last bill, 04-05-2013
now for some reason, not that im complaining for my bill for 04-06-2013
i have nothing to pay and was £6 CR. which makes sense as my phone was cut off on this bill date.
so i got onto an advisor and he sorted out for me! Spot on
When i asked the advisor if i have to pay the termination fee he said that i have nothing to pay at all....
Iam so confused because when i originally spoke to an advisor about cancelling my contract they said i would have to £123 so i immedietly put that money aside...
so which is it? do i need to pay the termination fee or not?
Any help would be gratefull

Hi,
If you have spoken to 02 through Live Chat then i would suggest you try again but this time from an 02 mobile dialing 202 or from a landline dialing 0844 809 0202
If you have opted to cancel your contract early then you will be required to pay the remaining amount of months tariff costs.
