The £1 web daily gives you 50mb of usage a day.
You are really better off with a tariff with some form of data allowance within it.
I use pay as you go go go £20 which gives me 1gb of data. On my anniversary date O2 deduct £20 from my payg credit to pay for the tariff.
Heres the official link to tariffs http://www.o2.co.uk/tariffs/payandgo
Make sure your settings in the iphone are correct for internet use.
Text active to 2020 , save and reboot the phone.
The manual settings are here http://www.geeksquad.co.uk/articles/chapter/595-04-how-to-set-apn-settings-for-the-02-mobile-network
If you dont want to be charged then turn off the mobile data settings in your iphone and use home wifi
You would need to top up by your anniversary date for your new allotment of allowances to refresh, as they do not roll over into the next month.
If you didnt top up you wuld drop onto O2's basic charges.
When you topped up again your chosen tariff would start again with a new anniversary date.
