So I had my phone swapped through O2 insurance and now the imei number is different to what's on my account and I can't do switch up online
Is there anyway to get the IMEI number changed on my account to do switch up online?

You are best going into store, and they can do the switchup straight away with the different IMEI. and to be honest this is the best way to do it..
Otherwise you will need to call o2 and ask them to change it, but you could and will be waiting days or weeks for it to be done Guide: How to find help & contact O2
