I’ve upgraded my iPhone to the 16 I’ve switched everything from my iCloud to my new phone but now my phone has no service with out WiFi can you help

Have you moved your SIM across?
If you are using an eSIM it would be best to call into an O2 store with photo ID
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
