Hello! I have had to get a new sim with my new tablet upgrade however I do not have the old sim as it was lost with the tablet it was in and now I can't do a sim swap because the identity check messages go to the old sim. I've tried contacting O2 through customer services and the chat option on myO2 but I keep getting sent to the same sim swap page where, guess what..... they send the messages to my old sim!
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm losing my will to live at this point!

@L-J-M To speak to customer service call 0800 032 1402 from any phone.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Edit: Alternatively, call into an O2 store if you have one nearby. Bring identification with you.
