Sim swap problems

I lost my phone, ordered a new SIM card with the same number. When I inserted a SIM card into the phone, I received an email message that Swap was successful. I've been waiting for over 48 hours but nothing happens. I see Network 02 on the screen, Signal ok, but not roaming and mobile network state disconnected. I tried everything, even put the SIM card in other devices, all without changes.
