Has anyone tried to do a sim swap and although it seems to have worked, the new tariff doesn’t seem to be on the phone? I have tried to call o2 but if they cut me off one more time I am going to lose the plot!

A sim swap just transfers everything from one sim to another, exactly the same, so it won't transfer a new tariff.
