Sim only contract

Hello! My 02 monthly contract is now paid off after two years and I have just bought an 02 E-Sim as I’m happy to keep my current phone. However, I want to keep my old number and cancel the old 02 contract that is now paid off. How do I do this?

You will need to find someone at o2 to migrate the number to the new contract, so follow this guide Guide: Migration & porting into O2 

I will add you have made a grave error moving to an esim with o2, and it will cause you more problems than it solves..
