I've left O2 and transferred my number to a different provider. I've also received my final 'device plan statement' which I need to pay to formally leave. However, O2 provide no way of actually paying it... they've texted me saying I can pay via 'MyO2' but when I log in there is no record / information regarding my account with them. They've deleted everything.
I don't know why they insist on making these processes so difficult. It's ridiculous. Does anyone have any idea how I can pay this settlement figure (preferably without having to call a call centre...)?

There is no other way but to call into o2 on 0800 902 0217 as they need to close down the Consumer Credit Agreement fully.
