Service very slow since lockdown

Seem to get lots of dropped calls and data problems, YouTube circles, downloads don't complete or cut off, trying to contact 02 is nitemare however there was no problem increasing my bill in April dur to rpi increase, how paying £44.16 a month, I do expect better service, it not value for money at this moment

Loads of problems with the entire O2 system this past week!

Have done loads of times it reads very busy in your area but we are working hard to improve things, getting same message now for the last 6 weeks, also done loads of speed tests can be as low as 1.09

Internet still very slow, still getting circles when streaming watching YouTube also I have several security cameras I need to view on a regular basis with 02 there always a long delay or they don't load at all,
