Hi all

I have just received a text, asking me to update my payment details. I was just wondering if anyone else has had anything similar and whether it is a scam or genuine. I have looked at my O2 account and everything seems fine, but I am still concerned and it doesn't seem possible/easy to contact O2 at the moment.

The text comes from: +447919957884

The wording is: "O2:We were unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, please update your payment information via [link removed]

Needless to say, I am not clicking on the link to be on the safe side!!

What do people think?

Thanks loads,

Cathy
