SIM card won’t let me call or text

Hi

New iPhone 11 Pro received today, I have put in the new SIM card but I am still unable to text or call. I’ve tried to text the 20220 number to swap my sim but it won’t let me do that.

Any advice on how to solve this?

you need to call

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

@Jack19911 If you already have an iPhone use the sim you have for that one. Otherwise try the numbers suggested by @jonsie
