I currently have an iPhone 4 on contract and have just acquired an iPhone 5, can I just get O2 to send me a micro SD card with the same number for the new iPhone 5?

Alternatively, pop into your local store and they will do it on the spot - sim-swap can take up to 24 hours but usually done within an hour

Get a nano sim sent to you then contact CS to do the sim swap or use the online form.
