I’ve been paying for a extra SIM card which was for my daughter, but for some reasons she has never used it, should, will O2 refund what I’ve paid as it’s never ever been used, and it’s £8-39 every month, it was all included into one bill until recently, anybody ???

If you took out a contract you are obliged to pay whether you use it or not

If it's outside of your minimum term you can simply cancel

If inside that term you will be expected to pay the balance
