Roaming bar removal

Please can someone let me know how I can get this removed? O2 help not responding and need to use my phone

Call O2 is the only way to remove a bar, @Mjb210 - numbers here, best call time is 08:15ish UK time. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
