Hi,

I regularly visit North Cyprus / Turkey (Zone 3) and have been 'happy' to pay 81p, 52p and 30p (dial, receive, text respectively). I received a message today saying O2s new standard charges would be £1.50, £1.25 and 40p (dial, receive, text).

This is almost double what the current charges are. How is this justified when I am within contract still?

the old rates were using a free bolton that has been discontinued ITS.

As it was not part of the core tariff then the can remove it when they want.

They have also given the required 30 days to vary the t&c by sending that text.
