Hi, I received a replacement sim but it won't activate. Followed the instructions that came with the sim and texted 'SWAP' to 20220 but the message won't send. Went to o2.co.uk/swapmysim to try activate, but the instructions - with the help of the chatbot - have led me nowhere. Does anyone know what to do? It's out of office hours now, can't contact customer services.
