Replacement SIM.

Hi everybody. I've got a problem with my new replacement SIM card, I can't activate is, it's told that I'm supposed to get 6 digit code, but HOW if I'm not having network on both of my old SIM and new SIM?

Please help!

If you can't get through to Customer Services as it can take a few hours being on hold, as we're hearing from other posters, then your local O2 shop will be able to assist.

If you take it to a store make sure you also take a passport or driving licence so they can verify your account.
