I lost my sim while away. I had to come back due to the lock down. I requested a new SIM card and it didn’t work. I phoned O2 and was told I needed it activate the sim by an incredibly dismissive team member. I can’t text “swap” as my old sim is lost and the sim I have currently can’t seem to pick up any signal at all. After reading a few threads I assumed the sim was faulty. I spent 2 hours on hold to attempt to be sent another. I was told that I just needed to pop the sim in my phone and it would be fine. Exactly the same with this SIM card, no service found. I have reset my phone and attempted to call customer service but I’m unable to get through - I’m assuming due to the lock down. Could anyone shed some light into how to get this thing going?
