Hi there would like to have a refund please for the samsung galaxy J5 2017 phone cause i didn't know that i had to pay upfront for anything when the deal i was getting was a £0.00 upfront cost so would like to cancel the order an have a refund put back in my bank account please get back to me ASAP yous havemail taken half of my money that you wasn't in titled of taken out of my bank not very happy about this when the order i made was for £0.00 upfront cost for one of your mobile phone devices (samsung galaxy J5 2017) like a refund ASAP.

This is not customer service you need to ring o2 to resolve this 202 from the handset

All the J5 2017 have an upfront payment and to be fair its quite obvious at the top and with each tariff..

Or have you been charged a deposit? or is this your first bill ??

@AnonymousI have just checked the shop and the J5 is showing an upfront cost...so you were obviously mistaken thinking there were no charges https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/phones/samsung/galaxy-j5-2017/#contractType=paymonthly

If you have discovered you no longer want the phone then it will need to be returned and contract cancelled..
