Refund Online new order

Hello,

I applied through O2 for a new phone which didn't pass checks unfortunately but I have made an upfront payment and they have not refunded me. Since the application was not successful I figured they'd refund my money. Every attempt to get through to someone proved futile. Not sure what to do here

The upfront payment will be held as pending by your bank.

As you have failed the credit check it will be returned to your account in 5 to 7 days
