Record of calls

How do I get a record of calls made before those shown on my phone (about 3 weeks worth).

Hi @Anonymous You should be able to view this sort of information through MyO2 if on contract http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2  If payg you can only get this sort of information by completing a subject access form at a cost of £10 (outgoing calls only) http://www.o2.co.uk/help/everything-else/how-to-get-a-copy-of-the-information-we-store-about-you#qs

I am on contract but can see no way of accessing this information

Hi @Anonymous If you go into MyO2 from the link given in my first post then.....

*View your latest bill in My O2 
*Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those. 
*Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills 
(That will bring up the old style web page)
*Click on 'recent charges' in the left hand blue menu. 
*Click on 'what I've used' 
*Click on voice calls and you should see numbers called since your last bill.
