Hi, I have just switched to O2 from EE. I bought my new phone on Saturday, and did everything for the PAC code so my number would transfer over in store on Saturday. My old sim stopped working yesterday, and my O2 sim hasn't worked since. I get no network at all, and my phone is also not letting me use WiFi calling so can't even call O2 to sort...
Any ideas???
Thanks!

Did your o2 sim work to start with @Hooty ?

Try turning the phone off and on again.

If that doesn't work, can you try a different working sim in your new phone? this would help work out if the issue is the phone or the sim.

If not, you would need to get in touch with customer services.

You can message them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)  and they can see if the sim is ok or not.

Hi,

Yes it worked to begin with, before my number switched over yesterday.
Unfortunately I don't have another working sim, as my number has now transferred, so my old EE sim is now inactive. But both sims were working fine before the number switched over.

I have messaged customer service on Facebook and Twitter, and have been waiting over 2 hours now for a reply...
Thanks.

Not sure on the response time, but as you've been waiting a while @Hooty I'll see if the community gurus can help.

Can you lend a hand @Anonymous @O2Emma ?

I am experiencing the same issue on my O2 sim after moving from EE today.

EE sim has been inactive, calling and messaging services with O2 are working fine, only data is not working.
