For 3 days i have been trying to have a chat with someone regarding Disney + being removed from my account in error but constant message of being busy, i then thought i would try a call back, booked that for 2 weeks time (1st time it was available), surely there must be an easier way to get this resolved

Have you tried social media or calling up, and holding on the phone if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone
Disney+ will only be removed if you dont take up the offer within 28days of your contract starting or you cancel it...
How do you mean removed in error as we might be abe to offer advice

Call back is probably not practical because of pressure of calls etc at customer services
Perseverance is necessary (sorry)
You can access your extras from MYO2 look there if you haven't already.
